MSO Technician III

·           During my recent tenure at AT&T Mobility, I performed all the related tasks for an MSC technician.

·           Spearheaded network upgrades, troubleshooting network issues and resolving outages with great success.

·           Lead the way as a functional team with a standing record of zero outages caused in-house statewide.

·           Achieved many awards for going above and beyond the required duty.

·           Performed removal of 3 legacy TDMA switches and migration of all traffic to existing Nortel DMS.

This was to   assist in verifying functionality in new or retrofitted cell sites and towers. I was assigned a company vehicle       and tasked with building my routes and plans for testing within the network for each site.

 

Nov 2003- Mar 2005                  Teksystems, Icon Consultants/ Sprint contracting         Florida

Inventory Data acquisition, RF Drive Tester

·               Worked with the Sprint Parts and templates team to inventory all of Sprint’s network equipment statewide. This task was performed to migrate all data from an antiquated database to a modern functional one.

·               Working with Sprint LTD on implementing an excess equipment database for all central Florida switching offices using Inventory Manager and bar code scanning equipment.

·               Performed Drive testing duties for Sprint PCS on their CDMA network for a 25 site “rehome” in the Orlando area using the Grayson Invex wireless GUI software and hardware.
